In the framework of the #EncuentrosElcano, on Thursday 23 November we welcomed Majlinda Bregu, Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), to reflect on the European Union enlargement as a priority and the regional cooperation and the cooperation under the RCC perspective.
In this video, Majlinda Bregu discussed with Charles Powell, Director of the Elcano Royal Institute, the prospects for the next enlargement of the EU and Spain’s involvement in the Western-Balkans and the RCC.
