Isidoro Tapia is Senior Energy Expert at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.

He has served as the Secretary General of the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE) and Advisor to the Secretary of State for Energy. He was also the Spanish Representative at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and a Consultant at the Solchaga & Recio y Asociados law firm.

He holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School (University of Pennsylvania), a master’s degree in economics and finance from the Center for Monetary and Financial Studies (CEMFI), and a BA in economics and law from the Carlos III University of Madrid.
