Esther Solano Gallego is specialist in public opinion and a Lecturer at the Federal University of São Paulo in the International Relations and Interuniversity Master’s Program in Contemporary Studies of Latin America.

She has worked on several political campaigns in Brazil, is a consultant for public and private entities, and is a frequent contributor to the national and international press. In recent years she has focused her research on the Brazilian far right. Her latest publication is The Bolsonaro Paradox (Springer, 2021).

She holds a PhD in Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM).
