Elvire Fabry

Elvire Fabry is a Senior Analyst at the Jacques Delors Institute, where she is in charge of Geopolitics and Trade, and rapporteur of the working group on EU-China relations.
She is a member of the Board of the Centre d’études prospectives et d’informations internationales (CEPII), France’s leading international economic research institute. She is also a member of the Policy Advisory Board of the Paris office of The German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF), as well as of the Jean Monnet Network on Transatlantic Trade Policy and the Board of Futuribles International. She is also part of the Editorial Board of Futuribles magazine. She is a Colonel in the French Air Force Citizen Reserve.
She holds a PhD in Political Science from the Institut d’Etudes Po in Paris (Science Po) and a master’s degree in philosophy and international Relations from the Panthéon Sorbonne University in Paris.
