The Elcano Royal Institute is now the 2nd best think tank in Europe and the 11th in the world in the category of foreign policy and international relations, according to the 2020 Global Go To Think Tanks Index (GGTTI), published every year by the University of Pennsylvania.
Since last year, the Elcano Royal Institute has retained its position as Spain’s best think tank and has risen seven places in Western Europe, reaching 2nd place.
