Pablo Colomer

Pablo Colomer is Director of Digital Communication and Publications at the Elcano Royal Institute since September 2023. He holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Malaga and the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid, and a master’s degree in International Relations and Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid. For more than a decade, he was part of an editorial group, Estudios de Política Exterior, which he helped to consolidate as one of the benchmarks in international analysis in Spanish, first as digital coordinator, then as managing director. Before that, he worked as a digital communication expert in a pan-European think tank (European Council on Foreign Relations, ECFR), as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to shaking up the foreign policy debate with innovative ideas and media. Previously, he worked in the communications department of a multinational company (Repsol) with more than 35,000 employees spread across several continents.
