Lucía Fernández Rodríguez is a Research Assistant at the Elcano Royal Institute. She previously worked at the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT).
She holds a degree in International Relations from the Rey Juan Carlos University and a master’s degree in International Affairs: Economics, Politics and Law with a specialization in the legal-political area from the Pontifical Comillas University (ICADE), which included a period of study abroad at Georgetown University in Washington D.C.
