Blanca González is a Research Assistant for the Elcano Global Presence Index project.
Previously, she has undertaken a variety of research-related tasks, including a research fellowship at the European Student Think Tank on EU-MENA relations, a research assistantship with the European Research Council (ERC) project on political lotteries, and a position at the public sector consulting startup Luminata. Her research includes papers such as “The Paternalistic Character of EU-MENA Migration Agreements” and “Unpacking a ‘De-Neighboured’ EU Governance in the Mediterranean”.
She holds a degree from the University of Amsterdam and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Political Behavior at the French institution Sciences Po Paris.
