The First Spain-Israel Strategic Dialogue was organised on 26 November 2018 in Madrid by the Elcano Royal Institute, the Forum of Strategic Dialogue and the Francisco de Vitoria University, in partnership with the Embassy of Israel in Spain and Centro Sefarad-Israel. The Spain-Israel Strategic Dialogue provides a platform for debate, analysis and discussion on the strategic challenges facing Spain and Israel, joint opportunities in the Middle East, the shifting energy dynamics in the Mediterranean and the opportunities to strengthen the bilateral relationships in the political, economic, technological, social and cultural aspects.
